They are made with fresh ingredients, including the dough which is why they have a unique and delicious taste.   2. Mix the salt with flour.
  3. Stir the flour with chopstick with one hand and add water with other hand.
  4. Transfer the dough to operating board and knead for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Cover the dough and let it rest for 40 minutes.
  6. Make small pieces of dough about 12 g.
  7. With the help of rolling pin make the small pieces of dough round and thin (8 cm).
  8. The dough wrappers must be smooth and non sticky.
  9. Directions for filling:
  10. Cut the cabbage and spring onions very small.
  11. Mixed the cabbage, spring onion and minced meat with garlic.
  12. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, pepper and sesame oil in it and mix it well.
  13. Take the round piece of wrapper dough and place a teaspoon of filling in the middle.
  14. Wet your finger and moisten the edge of the dough.
  15. Close the dough half and fold them together.
  16. Heat the oil in the pan and place the filled wrappers in it.
  17. As soon as one side of the dough is brown pour 1/4 cup of water in the pan and cover it immediately.
  18. Steam it for 5 minutes and let the remaining water evaporate.
  19. Now add the other tablespoon of sesame oil in the pan.
  20. Let it fry until it is crispy from underside.
  21. Directions for dip sauce:
  22. Mix one tablespoon of vinegar and one tablespoon of soy sauce.
  23. Add some sesame seeds in it.
