Egg roll also known as Tamagoyaki is a simple and easy to make side dish. It is made by rolling egg in thin layer by frying it in a pan. It has a light sweet taste as the mixture is prepared by adding some sugar and rice vinegar. It is one of the most preferred and comfort food for Japanese people.

  1. Put eggs in a bowl and stir it.
  2. Mix some vegetable soup stock, soy sauce, vinegar,sugar and salt in it.
  3. Heat a pan and add some vegetable oil.
  4. Add some egg mixture until the ground is coated with a thin layer.
  5. Remove one side of the egg and start to roll the layer togahter. Don't roll the whole egg.
  6. Push the egg roll to one side and add the leftover mixture.
  7. When the layer is well-done, roll it again.
  8. Fry the whole roll equally from all sides.
  9. Cut in 2 cm wide pieces and serve warm or cold.
