Egg roll also known as Tamagoyaki is a simple and easy to make side dish. It is made by rolling egg in thin layer by frying it in a pan. It has a light sweet taste as the mixture is prepared by adding some sugar and rice vinegar. It is one of the most preferred and comfort food for Japanese people.

- Put eggs in a bowl and stir it.
- Mix some vegetable soup stock, soy sauce, vinegar,sugar and salt in it.
- Heat a pan and add some vegetable oil.
- Add some egg mixture until the ground is coated with a thin layer.
- Remove one side of the egg and start to roll the layer togahter. Don't roll the whole egg.
- Push the egg roll to one side and add the leftover mixture.
- When the layer is well-done, roll it again.
- Fry the whole roll equally from all sides.
- Cut in 2 cm wide pieces and serve warm or cold.
