Korean mix pancake is typically wheat flour, corn startch, rice flour and sometimes baking powder. These pancakes are made from chives basically garlic chives. These pancakes can be used as an appetizer or can be dipped in soy sauce as per Korean traditions.

  1. Add flour, cornstarch, sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder and cold water in bowl and mix it well.
  2. Add garlic chives and prawns in it.
  3. Heat a pan and spread oil all the way around pan.
  4. Spread the mixture thinly around the pan.
  5. Move the pancake circular in a motion from time to time.
  6. Cook both sides for 5-10 minutes.
  7. Turn the heat off and transfer it on a plate.
