Pancakes are flat cakes made of thin batter. Because of their mild taste pancakes go well with different toppings, both sweet and savory. They're easy to adapt into a breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert option. No doubt pancakes always taste delicious.

  1. Mix baking powder, flour, sugar and salt in a bowl.
  2. Make a well in the center and add milk, melted butter and egg.
  3. Heat a pan on medium flame and add some oil all over the pan.
  4. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubble form and edges are dry.
  6. Cook both sides for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
