Roasted potatoes is a dish native to Spain. It makes potatoes crispy and spicy from the outside yet soft from inside. Make your evenings lively and tasteful with roasted potatoes and tea.

  1. Chop potatoes in bite size cubes.
  2. In a bowl mix tomato sauce, olive oil, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Put the potato cubes in a large bowl. Pour sauce mix and toss.
  4. Spread the potatoes on a baking tray lined with a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C (400°F) for around 30 minutes.
  6. Take out the tray and allow the potatoes to reach room temperature.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley.
